78A Duxton — Electrical Screeding and Surface Restoration Works
Project Overview
Location: 78A Duxton, Singapore
Scope: Electrical Works, Cement Screeding, Painting Works, Spalling Concrete Repair & Mirror Replacement
Year of Completion: 2026
We carried out comprehensive upgrading and restoration works at a unit located within 78A Duxton, Singapore. The project involved a combination of electrical installation works, cement screeding, painting, and spalling concrete repair. Our team first addressed the existing condition of the unit, including exposed services, uneven floor surfaces, and deteriorated concrete areas. Careful removal of loose materials and preparation works were conducted to ensure all surfaces were ready for proper treatment, while maintaining a clean and controlled working environment throughout the unit.
Following the initial preparation, electrical works were completed to organise and secure surface-mounted conduits, ensuring safe and functional routing across the space. Cement screeding was then carried out to level the floor, creating a smooth and even base for future use. Spalling concrete areas were repaired through proper hacking, treatment, and application of repair materials to restore structural integrity. Painting works were subsequently completed to refresh the entire interior, and mirror replacement was carried out to reinstate functional and visual elements within the space.
The project was completed efficiently within 1 week, transforming the unit into a clean, functional, and well-finished space. The combination of structural repair, surface levelling, and coordinated finishing works enhanced both the usability and overall condition of the interior. This project reflects Noxsglobal’s capability in handling multi-scope refurbishment works, delivering practical solutions through careful planning, technical execution, and efficient turnaround within a short timeline.
