This commercial bar project was delivered as a full design and build solution, covering every stage from initial conceptual planning to the final handover. The scope included comprehensive interior layout planning, custom furniture and carpentry works, electrical and lighting installations, plumbing, air-conditioning, tiling, partition works, painting and fire safety compliance. Every detail was executed with precision to ensure optimal functionality, operational flow, and long-term durability—while aligning with the client’s vision and usage requirements.

The space was designed around an industrial-modern theme, combining raw textures with refined finishes to create a bold yet inviting atmosphere. Key design features include a rugged textured feature wall, exposed white ceiling beams, and a sleek stainless steel bar counter that anchors the space. A custom backlit display system, featuring modular cubby shelving and integrated ambient lighting, showcases premium spirits while doubling as a focal point. This project reflects our strength in harmonizing aesthetics with technical execution—delivering high-impact commercial interiors tailored for modern F&B concepts.
