At Noxsglobal, we completed aluminium cladding replacement works at the taxi stand of IKEA Tampines. The project involved the removal of existing damaged aluminium cladding panels and the installation of new aluminium cladding with powder-coated finishing. The works were carried out within an operational commercial environment, requiring careful coordination to ensure safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to public access.

Our team executed the works during night hours using suitable access equipment, including mobile elevated work platforms, to safely reach elevated façade areas. Existing damaged panels were dismantled in a controlled manner, followed by precise installation of new powder-coated aluminium panels. Close attention was given to panel alignment, fixing details, and finishing to ensure consistency with the building’s original façade design.

The project was completed efficiently within a two days timeframe, restoring both the visual appearance and functional protection of the taxi stand structure. The renewed aluminium cladding enhances durability against weather exposure while maintaining IKEA Tampines’ distinctive exterior identity.
