With a total project value of SGD 34,000, the renovation showcased a comprehensive scope, including structural hacking, expert tiling, custom carpentry, full electrical rewiring, partition works, plumbing upgrades, air-conditioning servicing, professional painting, and the installation of sleek roller blinds. Every aspect was executed with precision, reflecting the company’s commitment to efficient scheduling and high-quality craftsmanship within Singapore’s fast-paced renovation landscape.

Guided by a Modern Scandinavian theme, the design embraces functional minimalism to create a space that feels both airy and refined. Clean lines, natural textures, and a soft, neutral palette define the interiors, emphasizing comfort and clarity without unnecessary clutter.
